Orbi Mesh Network Setup: Step-by-Step Guide
1. Orbi Router - Connect to your Modem
Switch off your modem
Connect the Ethernet cable from the modem to port yellow on the Orbi router.
Orbi Router: First, turn on your modem.
When the LED turns solid white and then pulses white, it is ready to start.
2. Install and position the satellites
Place satellites 30-60 feet from the router.
Avoid metal appliances or thick walls.
Wait for the status light to come on before plugging them in.
Blue: Strong connection
Amber: Fair (consider adjusting position)
Red : No connection (move nearer to router)
3. Orbi App Configuration
Open the Orbi App and select Create a new system.
