Once you reach the dirt road, you'll see thick rows of bamboo stretching alongside the route. There are far more than 30 bamboo plants available, so you'll have no difficulty meeting the challenge requirement.

Drive straight down the dirt road while steering into the bamboo lining each side. Every bamboo stalk you hit contributes to your total, and because the plants are packed so closely together, your progress increases quickly.

Most players can finish the objective before reaching the end of the forest. If you happen to miss a few plants, simply turn around and make another pass. The extra time required is minimal, and you'll complete the challenge almost instantly.
