How do we maintain a solid English football base, where there is competition for all places? Although there is nothing official, I was quite interested at the thought of a draft proce s. If the FA were to set up regional academies for our promising young players to attend, it could benefit their games immensely. Then, as the season ended, we could implement a draft lottery.The teams promoted to the Premier League would be given the first picks, whereas the title winners and runners up would be given the last picks of the JK Scott Jersey lottery.
