Liverpool this season have seen many big names in and apeculiarabsence of big names coming in the other way in recent times. Maybe down to losing the CL spot to Manchester City after leapfrogging the division.Although the big names havent really been coming in, the money being spent on players is unbelievable. 35 for Carroll, 16 for Henderson, 10 for Borini, 20 for Downing, 15 for Allen it soon adds up.So whats my main gripe with this? Well, all the players above aremid-tablequality at best. Carroll does not fit into the squad at all, and they use him completely wrongly.I thought the whole thing was a King Kenny special and when he left that it would be different under Rodgers, but it seems to be the same.For the players out this summer; Aquilani, Aurelio, Bellamy, Kuyt Maxi, there all good squad players, and I can see Liverpool struggling without a few of them. As a Watford fan I know all about the bloke, we were the first team he managed outside of the Chelsea Youth setup. He did the same to us with Danny Graham that he did with Joe Allen.The difference here is that Rodgers took it one step further and promised his former chairman at Swansea that he wouldnt take any of his players for a year. Although Swansea got the better deal from this, its stillimmoral. Other than that spell the kids not really that prolific and for 8 Million pounds you at least expect a 10 goals a season player.Some will say that he had a good spell in the Championship with Swansea but Carroll did well Marshawn Lynch Jersey in the Championship, and look where he is now?Finally, A saidi, I cant say I know a lot about the guy except he signed from Heerenveen. Could be a good signing, and for 2 Million, probably could be a shout at signing of the season for Liverpool.If Liverpool do beating Arsenal to the signing of Sahin, then it will probablyovershadowthe whole transfer dealings so far, but with Real not wanting to sell the player on Gary Jennings Jr. Jersey afterwards for cheap, its seems as if the player is just going to Liverpool for the shop window.Arsenals bid was rejected for two reasons, the Champions League football and the offer that was made, Real want the financial side of the deal to be right, and for a team that wont have the chance to becompetingagainst them next season.
